LLMs are incredibly powerful but hard to use. We’re building tools and abstractions to make it easy for developers to build LLM-native products.

We are a product-led and user-obsessed company. We're repeat founders who have built and commercialized AI products at leading companies like C3 AI and Anyscale.

We're not here for the routine or the mundane. We aim high and we work hard to push the boundaries of what's possible. We’re looking to challenge norms, and ignite change.

Founding Principles

  1. Aim high. Create and communicate a bold and exciting direction that inspires results. Small thinking leads to small results
  2. Hire the best. Don’t settle for anything short of exceptional. ****Our culture will be heavily driven by who we hire. We want talented, hard working, growth oriented happy people
  3. Communicate constantly and vulnerably. We’re here to help each other succeed. We’re doing something no one has ever done before, it’s hard but we’ll make it if we work together
  4. Never delay. Never wait to discuss something until the next “scheduled meeting”. Reach out immediately to the person. Call them if you have to
  5. Be a total owner. Act on behalf of the whole company. Never say ‘that’s not my job’ but rather rise to the task by owning it and/or find the right owner. Do what it takes to get it done
  6. Move intentionally and fast. Swiftly make two-way door decisions to learn faster, adapt quickly, and ultimately do more. Don’t be afraid of failure. Failure is our greatest teacher
  7. Disagree and commit. Have back-bone and voice your opinion when a decision is being discussed, once the decision is made: commit and execute full steam ahead
  8. Be upfront with what you need to succeed Aim high but speak up if you need additional resources, time, or guidance. Likewise, be receptive to others’ needs to succeed
  9. Constantly improve yourself. None of us will ever be done learning. We’re curious about how we can get better and better. We give and receive feedback gracefully and treat it as a gift
